I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet, albeit showing signs of tiredness. However, the lack of view with only one window facing the hall was a downside during my stay on the 3rd floor. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Ditya who was incredibly helpful, making my late evening arrival much easier. The location was convenient, near Kuta, Seminyak, the beach, and the airport, providing easy access to various attractions and dining options. The dining experience was average with a repetitive menu, but the stay overall was satisfactory.
